Responsibilities
What you'll do
Build a good standing relationship with clients
Receive inquiries and concerns from authorized service channels/platforms
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Collate inquires and concerns
Provide resolutions to user problems and issues, and exploring alternative solutions
Provide feedback and ideas on the efficiency of the customer service process
Escalate any customer complaints to the Team Leader and ensure solutions have been sorted on the same time
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate of any four (4) year management-related course
Open to fresh graduates
Proficient in oral communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle customer complaints
Good work ethic and team player
Ability to manage and work under pressure
