Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Build a good standing relationship with clients
  • Receive inquiries and concerns from authorized service channels/platforms
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Collate inquires and concerns 
  • Provide resolutions to user problems and issues, and exploring alternative solutions
  • Provide feedback and ideas on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Escalate any customer complaints to the Team Leader and ensure solutions have been sorted on the same time

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year management-related course
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Proficient in oral communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints
  • Good work ethic and team player
  • Ability to manage and work under pressure
