Responsibilities
What you'll do
Conducts phone verification of clients
Assesses if there are irregular practices and documentary deficiencies that heightens the company's vulnerability to credit losses
Help create strategy to identify and mitigate fraud in the account's portfolio
Communicates internally and externally with involved parties
Skills and Qualifications
Graduate of any four (4) year management-related course
Proficient in oral communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Computer literate
Good interpersonal relationship skills
