Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Conducts phone verification of clients
  • Assesses if there are irregular practices and documentary deficiencies that heightens the company's vulnerability to credit losses
  • Help create strategy to identify and mitigate fraud in the account's portfolio
  • Communicates internally and externally with involved parties

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year management-related course
  • Proficient in oral communication skills, strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
